As a baseball fan, visiting Citi Field was a dream come true. Home to the New York Mets, the stadium is located in the Flushing neighborhood of Queens, NY. Walking up to the stadium, I was struck by its grandeur and modern design.

Once inside the stadium, I was impressed by the attention to detail in the design. The stadium features a wide concourse with ample food and beverage options, making it easy to grab a snack or drink while watching the game. The seating bowl is designed with angled seats that offer unobstructed views of the field, making every seat in the house a great one.

One of the most unique features of Citi Field is the stadium’s Pepsi Porch, a covered seating area in right field that offers stunning views of the field and the New York City skyline. I was lucky enough to score seats in the Pepsi Porch, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Being able to watch the game with the city skyline as a backdrop was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

The stadium also features a number of unique food options, including Shake Shack, which serves up delicious burgers and milkshakes. I also tried the famous Pat LaFrieda Steak Sandwich, which did not disappoint. The stadium even has a gluten-free stand, which was a pleasant surprise for those with dietary restrictions.

One of the most exciting moments of the game was when the Mets hit a home run. The stadium erupted with cheers and the iconic Home Run Apple in center field lit up and rose up out of its housing. It was a thrilling moment that added to the already electric atmosphere.

During breaks in the game, the stadium also offers a number of entertainment options. I watched the famous Mr. Met mascot dance and interact with fans, and there was even a t-shirt cannon that shot Mets gear into the crowd.

Overall, my visit to Citi Field was an unforgettable experience. The stadium’s modern design, delicious food options, and stunning views make it a must-visit destination for baseball fans. Watching a game in the Pepsi Porch was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I will never forget. I left feeling grateful for the opportunity to witness a game in such a beautiful and exciting venue.
